Cynthia B. Francis received an Ed.S. degree from the University of South Carolina. She is a retired School Teacher at the Department of Defense for Elementary and Secondary Education. She taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 2nd grade. Cynthia was named District Teacher of the Year and Local Teacher of the Year. She has taught for 39 years and has presented for the South Carolina Early Childhood Education and the South Carolina Teachers Institute.
